Most orders are printed and shipped within 2-5 business days through our Printify integration. Customers receive tracking information once their order ships, and we handle all customer service inquiries.
Basic plan users pay 25% platform fee, Premium users pay 10%, and Custom plan users pay only 5%. Your profit is calculated after the base product cost and our platform fee.
Yes! You can upload your own designs or use our AI-powered tools to create new ones. Upload your logo and our AI will generate multiple design variations across different products automatically.
Payments are processed monthly via PayPal or bank transfer. You'll receive payment for all completed orders from the previous month, minus our platform fee and any applicable taxes.
We offer a satisfaction guarantee through Printify. If there's a quality issue, we'll reprint and ship a replacement at no cost to you or your customer. Our support team handles all customer service.
