  • Frequency: Monthly payouts on the 15th of each month
  • Minimum Threshold: $25 minimum balance required
  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after payout date
  • Cut-off Date: Orders must be delivered by month-end to be included

Customer refunds are automatically deducted from your next payout. For quality issues, CCSwag covers the refund cost. For customer returns, the refund amount is deducted from your earnings.

Yes, your earnings are considered income and should be reported on your tax return. We provide 1099-NEC forms for US creators earning over $600/year and annual summary reports for all users.
